Fun Lunch

Hot lunches are now available for order!  Orders will be accepted until March 17, the lunches available are for the first 2 weeks in April.

In an attempt to go paperless EOES Fundraising Society has decided to eliminate the paper Fun Lunch orders and go to an online ordering system ONLY. We will be doing online ordering for all orders so as to ensure accuracy with the orders and to make the process as easy for everyone as possible.


All accounts were saved from pre-COVID to retain any balances from canceled lunches so you will use your existing user name and password. Once logged in, please edit your child’s profile to show this year's grade and teacher. Under profile, click manage students then edit next to their name. You can also add any new students here.

Here are directions for how to check your hot lunch account balances. 

Checking your balance:

1. log in at https://oldselementary.hotlunches.net/admin/

2. Under the Orders heading click on Account Transactions

3. Scroll to the bottom to find the Current Account Balance for your family. It will be a negative number.

The easiest thing for us right now would be to leave your account balances as is so you can use the money towards next year's orders. Instead of creating a new account for the new school year you would use the same family account and add your child to the appropriate class next year.


If you were not registered in EOES Hot Lunch previously here's how to get started...


✔ Go to oldselementary.hotlunches.net
✔ Click on "Click Here to Register"
✔ Enter Access Code – OLDS (uppercase)
✔ Complete the rest of the registration form. (Including your email address will ensure you receive reminder emails about hot lunch order deadlines, and your child's hot lunch order for the upcoming week)
✔ Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom
✔ Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends École Olds Elementary School
✔ Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"
✔ Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)


Bambora:
We only accept hot lunch order payments through Bambora, an online payment processing program. No cheque or cash payments will be accepted at any time.
You can either pay with a credit card as a Bambora guest (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), or set up your own account.
The hot lunch online order system requires a small amount of setup time at the beginning as you must register each child you have attending our school prior to ordering hot lunch. Once the initial setup process is complete, your hot lunch orders for the remainder of the year should be quick and simple.

If you are changing schools or moving you can request a refund by emailing us at funlunch@eoesparentcouncil.com .  Any refunds will have to be processed individually through Bambora and may cost us the applicable transaction fees. If you prefer to donate your balance the money would be used towards the new playground construction.
