This is going to be an exciting year! My name is Lisa Hanna and I am your child’s first grade teacher. I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you more about myself.
I attended the University of Alberta and graduated in 2002, with a major in elementary education. Right after graduation, I worked as a substitute teacher in the Chinook’s Edge School Division until February of 2002, when I was offered a job teaching grade two in Sundre. September of 2004, I was given the opportunity to teach at Ecole Olds Elementary School and have been teaching here since. I am married to my wonderful husband and have three beautiful children (2 boys and 1 girl). My oldest son is in grade twelve and my other son is in grade eight. My little girl started grade four this year.
I absolutely love teaching and could not imagine myself doing anything else. It is truly my passion. I am so excited for this year. If you have any questions or ever need to contact me, please do not hesitate to reach out!
